Hello All, My name is Mike Yates and I am the brewer here at CBH. I took over the brewing duties this summer and have been busy ever since. I have been keeping our Flagship brews IPA and Kolsch on tap all the time and rotating other favorites. Currently we have an old favorite Alt ’45’ on. It is a German style light brown ale that is crisp and clean with just the right amount of maltiness. If you are looking for something a little darker try the Porter. A dark ale brewed with a blend of special malts that lend flavors of chocolate and coffee with some roasted malt flavor at the finish. If you like hops our next tap will feature a beer called Lime Rock Red. A nice malty red ale with loads of citrusy hop flavor to balance it out. it will go on tap right around Thanksgiving.
