CBH Blueberry Dream Ale (on tap)

Our bright and refreshing blueberry cream le is a delightful and flavorful. The base Cream ale was almost too good to add blueberries into, but we had them, so in they went! It has a balanced blueberry flavor slightly sweetened and rounded with lactose, but it’s still a beer!

CBH Puppy Toes NEIPA (on tap)

A light and refreshing New England IPA. No traditional IPA bitterness, a refreshing sweetness combined with Citra hops for some juicy flavors. Try two of them to make sure you like it.

CBH Rock Bock (coming back end of April)

A rich, malty German lager featuring copious quantities of Munich malt. We finally made it to Stony Creek Quary and they gave us some nice Connecticut Stony Creek Granite! This Stony Creek Granite was super heated on a charcoal fire before dipping them in the boil to add some nice caramel notes in the brew. We even threw in some Stony Creek Granite gravel into the fermenter to add some more mineral flavors.
