This is a position with growth potential and you must be an experienced server able to handle high volume shifts and slow periods equally well. The shifts assigned during your initial training period will vary but will evolve to a standard fixed schedule based upon your ability. Most of your shifts will be serving until you have proven yourself as a bartender. The successful candidate will be required to periodically backup other Bartenders.
Servers should be guest focused and are the responsible to greet guests, seat guests, take guest orders, clean guest tables, clean the restaurant generally, ensure guest orders are complete and correct, take orders to the guest, set up the restaurant for service and clean up the restaurant after service. You must be able to use a touch screen POS. Serve Safe and TIPS training are a plus.
