This is a position with growth potential and you must be an experienced server able to handle high volume shifts and slow periods equally well. The shifts assigned during your initial training period will vary but will evolve to a standard fixed schedule based upon your ability. Once you prove yourself serving you will begin training on our bar. Tips, Servesafe and CPR training a plus.
Servers should be guest focused and are responsible to greet guests, seat guests, take guest orders, clean guest tables, clean the restaurant generally, ensure guest orders are complete and correct, take orders to the guest, set up the restaurant for service and clean up the restaurant after service. You must be able to use a touch screen POS. Serve Safe and TIPS training are a plus.

This can be a part-time or full-time position and you must be an experienced bartender and server. Management experience is helpful but not necessary. The shifts assigned during your initial training period will vary but will evolve to a standard fixed schedule
You should be good with the public and able to make customers feel comfortable. Attendance is crucial, if you need time off you must work other Bartenders & Managers to cover all shifts. You should be cognizant of cost and able to control beer and liquor costs during your shifts. You will be responsible for cashing our servers closing out the daily reports, cash handling and opening or closing the pub.
The ability to read individuals and provide constructive feedback to the kitchen and management so we can keep our customers returning is just as important. Daily closing, cash handling, and understanding the daily financial reports are critical to your job as well. Advertising. promotions and special events are all areas you can contribute and develop too.
If you like working and are good at bartending and managing the FOH we want you! Tips training is required. Servesafe and cpr training a plus! Must be experienced with POS and quality service. We are a small independent hospitality business.
Cleanliness is the most important part of this job. Create recipes, brew recipes, engage customers and select guest taps. Keep tap lines, beer cooler, grain storage and tiny brewery clean and inviting. Attend brewfest and other marketing events to promote the brand. Keep our customers happy!
