We are currently looking for an experienced sous chef to join our team. Qualified candidates will possess extensive culinary experience. In addition, the successful candidate must be professional, innovative, and possess well-rounded culinary skills with creativity and passion for culinary arts. The sous chef is expected to be a leader on the line and assist the Chef in all functions involving our kitchen management.  Menu planning experience, recipe development, scratch cooking, bread baking, equipment maintenance, food cost management and line cooking are all desirable talents.
